What we collect when you use this site, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. In short: we keep what you send through the contact form so we can reply, and we don't track you.

What we collect
When you send an enquiry
Your name, email address, message and what you need, plus your company and budget if you choose to give them.
We also hold your IP address in the server's memory for ten minutes, to count messages and stop the form being flooded. It is never saved.
When you visit
Every request your browser makes reaches our host with your IP address, your browser and device type, the page you asked for and the time. The host needs these to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
What we don't do
We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking tools. We don't build profiles of visitors, and we don't buy or sell personal data.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and talk about your project. We rely on taking the steps you asked for before a possible contract, and on our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.
- To keep the site and the form working and free of spam. We rely on our legitimate interest in running a secure website.
We won't add you to a mailing list or send you marketing.
Who else handles it
Where it goes
Vercel and Resend are based in the United States, so your data may be processed there or in other countries where they operate. Where the law requires it, these transfers are protected by safeguards such as standard contractual clauses, which their policies describe.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries. While we talk about your project. If we don't go on to work together, we delete your enquiry within 12 months. If we do, it joins our project records, which we keep as long as the work and the law require.
- The spam counter. Ten minutes, in memory only.
- Request logs and delivery records. Our host and Resend keep these for a limited time, set out in their own policies.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:
- show you the personal data we hold about you
- correct it
- delete it
- limit how we use it, or object to how we use it
- give it to you, or to someone you choose, in a format you can reuse

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live.
Children
This site is for businesses. It isn't meant for children, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll publish the new version here and update the date at the top.
